Are you a remnant?

It is sad that the Church has rejected the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ but it has been foretold in 3 Nephi 16: 10: And thus commandeth the Father that I should say unto you: At that day when the Gentiles shall sin against my gospel, and shall reject the fulness of my gospel, and shall be lifted up in the pride of their hearts above all nations, and above all the people of the whole earth, and shall be filled with all manner of lyings, and of deceits, and of mischiefs, and all manner of hypocrisy, and murders, and priestcrafts, and whoredoms, and of secret abominations; and if they shall do all those things, and shall reject the fulness of my gospel, behold, saith the Father, I will bring the fulness of my gospel from among them.

We are the Gentiles according to D&C 109: 60:  Now these words, O Lord, we have spoken before thee, concerning the revelations and commandments which thou hast given unto us, who are identified with the Gentiles.

You may disagree with me or call me deceived, misled or mistaken. I really do not care. However upset we are about the state of events right now we can not argue with the Scriptures or God's will. We may ignore them at our own peril but we can not change them. We know from D&C 109: 60 that we are the Gentiles and we know what exactly the Gentiles were foretold to "achieve" from 3 Nephi 16: 10.

I want to put here an excerpt from a talk given by Denver Snuffer in Phoenix, Arizona on September 9th, 2014:

Every dispensation of the Gospel has only left a remnant behind. Christ's work is designed to preserve a remnant. At the end, He will gather all remnants together again. The Restoration given through the Prophet Joseph Smith has also put itself into a position where it can only produce a remnant. The original Restoration begun through Joseph Smith must resume. First, we must remember. All who will remember will constitute a remnant that will be preserved and not abandoned by God.
In 3 Nephi chapter 21, the Lord talked about some things that become exceptionally relevant in light of what we have covered today. "And verily I say unto you, I give unto you a sign, that ye may know the time when these things shall be about to take place—that I shall gather in, from their long dispersion, my people, O house of Israel, and shall establish again among them my Zion." [This is addressing all of those various remnants, wherever they may be found, so long as they are some residue of the house of Israel.] "And behold, this is the thing which I will give unto you for a sign—for verily I say unto you that when these things which I declare unto you, and which I shall declare unto you hereafter of myself, and by the power of the Holy Ghost which shall be given unto you of the Father, shall be made known unto the Gentiles [You see, the Gentiles had to first receive some things] that they [the Gentiles] may know concerning this people who are a remnant of the house of Jacob, and concerning this my people who shall be scattered by them [the Gentiles]. Verily, verily, I say unto you, when these things shall be made known unto them [some constituent group of the Gentiles] of the Father, and shall come forth of the Father, from them unto you."
It cannot come from any source other than from the Father. The Father and Christ being one. The authority to minister and to deliver His Gospel must come from Them. The power to baptize before the end will be brought forth from some remnant of the Gentiles who will bear it.
"For it is wisdom in the Father that they [the Gentiles] should be established in this land, and be set up as a free people by the power of the Father, that these things might come forth from them [the Gentiles] unto a remnant of your seed, that the covenant of the Father may be fulfilled which he hath covenanted with his people, O house of Israel."
"O house of Israel" is much more than one group. "O house of Israel" is inclusive of all the scattered bits and remnants, wherever they may be found anywhere on earth. I talked about fulfillment of covenants when we were in Centerville. All the covenants that apply to His people Israel, and the remnants, need to be gathered into one group.
"Therefore, when these works and the works which shall be wrought among you hereafter shall come forth from the Gentiles." [Not their “book,” but their “works.” Not their book, which has been brought out in 1830, but the “works” to bring the Doctrine of Christ to them. Someone must establish repentance, declare Christ’s doctrine, and baptize by the authority of Christ, to have people then baptized by fire and the Holy Ghost. These are the works.]"Shall come forth from the Gentiles, unto your seed which shall dwindle in unbelief because of iniquity; For thus it behooveth the Father that it should come forth from the Gentiles, that he may show forth his power unto the Gentiles."
That is what He now needs to do with some who will assist in the work. That is what He intends to do if you will receive it. "For this cause that the Gentiles, if they will not harden their hearts, that they may repent and come unto me and be baptized in my name and know of the true points of my doctrine, that they may be numbered among my people, O house of Israel."
You can't get there except through the power of the doctrine and the power of the ordinance of baptism performed with power. God has given us the way, and told us how it is to be performed with the exactness, fidelity and language given to us by Christ Himself. "And when these things come to pass that thy seed shall begin to know these things—it shall be a sign unto them, that they may know that the work of the Father hath already commenced unto the fulfilling of the covenant which he hath made unto the people who are of the house of Israel."

All of Israel will receive this witness that His work has commenced. "And when that day shall come, it shall come to pass that kings shall shut their mouths; for that which had not been told them shall they see; and that which they had not heard shall they consider. For in that day, for my sake shall the Father work a work, which shall be a great and a marvelous work among them; and there shall be among them those who will not believe it, although a man shall declare it unto them. But behold, the life of my servant shall be in my hand; therefore they shall not hurt him, although he shall be marred because of them. Yet I will heal him, for I will show unto them that my wisdom is greater than the cunning of the devil. Therefore it shall come to pass that whosoever will not believe in my words, who am Jesus Christ, which the Father shall cause him to bring forth unto the Gentiles, and shall give unto him power that he shall bring them forth unto the Gentiles, (it shall be done even as Moses said) they shall be cut off from among my people who are of the covenant. Therefore it shall come to pass that whosoever will not believe in my words, who am Jesus Christ..." (September 9, 2014, Preserving The Restoration, Lecture 10, Mesa, AZ, pages 23-24 in pdf.)

I testify that the time prophesied by the Lord in 3 Nephi 21 has now come. The Gentile Church has now rejected the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and can now only produce a remnant that will restart the original Restoration brought about through Joseph Smith. If we only remember what that Restoration was about if we are willing to resume the work we will constitute a remnant and will be preserved by God. Now is the time to wake up from slumber and choose between the loyalty to the brethren or loyalty to your God.

I believe God is starting to gather in the remnant from within the LDS Church which has now lost any claim on priesthood authority. Joseph Smith said the following about John the Baptist: "The son of Zacharias wrested the keys, the kingdom, the power, the glory from the Jews, by the holy anointing and decree of heaven…” (Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith, sel. Joseph Fielding Smith [Salt Lake City: Deseret Book Co., 1938], pp. 275–76).

By the time John was born, the Judaic law had become corrupted and perverted by scribes and pharisees. The priests had largely gone astray from their God and His ways. Now ask yourselves – Have they noticed that the keys, the kingdom, the power and the glory were wrested from them? Have they? They have not noticed anything missing or different.

I bear my testimony that the same happened again in our day. The LDS Church rejected the fullness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and God sent His servant, akin John the Baptist to wrest the keys, the kingdom, the power and the glory from them. Just like the Jews they have not noticed. The servant I am talking about is a forerunner of Zion in our latter days sent here to prepare the way for the Lord. His name is Denver Snuffer. I started reading his books and his blog about four years ago. I testify that he has never tried to bring the focus or attention to himself. He has always been pointing to Christ and His words by expounding the Scriptures and testifying of Christ unceasingly.

Please read his testimony and make your own decision.
